To schedule an appointment with us:
1 - Schedule a future visit at the end of any office visit.
2 - Call 716-634-5410 - Press Option 3
3- Remember-if you may need labwork, it is always a good idea to call and see if you need it prior to your visit. It is always best to do labwork 1 -2 weeks prior to appointments so that it can be reviewed at that time.
The office is currently not accepting new patients, however if you would like to be placed on a waiting list please fill out our New Patient Form.
